Shaping Bright Futures Since 2012

Citra Montessori School was established in 2012. It is an institution that provides a holistic education to prepare children for integration into society. The school nurtures each child's talents and potential not only in academics but also in all areas of development, including physical-motor, social-emotional, cognitive, language, artistic, spiritual and moral aspects. Through the engaging Montessori method, children learn in a more enjoyable and meaningful way. Citra Montessori School offers not only Kindergarten but also a wide range of educational levels, including Toddler, Nursery, Playgroup, Kindergarten, Elementary School, and Junior High School. In addition to formal education, the school also provides non-formal education programs such as tutoring and courses, available for children as young as 4 years old up to adult learners.

Our Curriculum

Exercise of Practical Life

Activities that help children develop independence, coordination, and concentration through everyday tasks like pouring, buttoning, cleaning, and food preparation.

Sensorial

Materials designed to refine the five senses and help children classify and understand the world through size, shape, color, texture, sound, and smell.

Mathematics

Hands-on tools introduce mathematical concepts like numbers, quantity, addition, subtraction, and more—starting from concrete to abstract understanding.

Language

Focuses on building vocabulary, phonics, reading, writing, and communication skills through interactive and tactile materials.

Cultural (Science & Social Studies)

Introduces children to geography, history, biology, zoology, and cultural diversity, helping them understand the world and their place in it.
